Shipping
Free shipping means free standard shipping. After you placed the order, we will process it in our system. The product will be packed and prepared for shipping. Once your product is on the way, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery after it has been shipped.
We will add other faster, non-free shipping options soon.
We ship all packages as securely and safely as possible. This means that your packages are tightly packed. Please do not use box cutters or blades to open them.
Returns Policy
We will gladly accept the return of new/unused merchandise within 30 days of your receipt. Refunds will be the full purchase price less shipping as soon as we receive the merchandise.
To return your product, please email orders@kiwistart.com and we can initiate the return and give you all necessary information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If there is a problem with your product that you think is our mistake: We have a multi-step process to help ensure your item is just right, but if it’s not, just send us an e-mail at orders@kiwistart.com and we will do whatever we can to resolve the problem ASAP. Please understand that sometimes in order to fix the problem the fastest and to ensure we don’t make the same mistake again, we may request a photo of the issue, sending this as well as your order number in your initial e-mail will save you a lot of time. We want you to love our products! For returns where the mistake is caused by us, we will certainly cover the return shipping costs. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@kiwistart.com and send we will give you all necessary information to start the exchange.
